What ingredients do you use in your skin care products?

 

We use all-natural ingredients in our skin care products, including essential oils, plant extracts and natural butters.


What skin types are your products suitable for?


Our products are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We have a wide range of products that cater to different skin concerns. Please read each product description for ingredients and recommendations. 


Are your products vegan?


Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We believe in using only the best ingredients that are gentle on both your skin and the environment.

 

What makes SunKissedSkinKare's products different from other brands?


SunKissedSkinKare uses only natural and organic ingredients in our skin care products. Our products are free from harmful chemicals and synthetic fragrances that can irritate the skin. We also prioritize sustainability and ethical sourcing in our manufacturing process.


Can SunKissedSkinKare's products help with acne-prone skin?


Yes, SunKissedSkinKare's products can help with acne-prone skin. Our products contain ingredients such as salicylic acid and tea tree oil that can help to reduce inflammation and prevent breakouts.

Are your products safe for pregnant women?


Our products are safe for pregnant women, but we recommend consulting with your doctor before using any new skin care products during pregnancy.


Does SunKissedSkinKare test on animals?


No, SunKissedSkinKare does not test on animals. We are a cruelty-free brand and are committed to creating products that are kind to both the skin and the environment. But we're glad you asked that. 


How should I store my products? 


Because our products do not contain preservatives, your product comes in a container with a screw lid that allows it to be securely closed without allowing air inside of it while it is not in use. It extremely important not to get water into your container and to scoop out the actual product with a wooden spoon or with clean hands. This will extend the shelf life of the product and make sure that it is performing at its peak quality. Please store in a cool, dark place, where there is no direct sunlight on the product. 

 

During summer months, whipped body butter can potentially arrive slightly softer than when it was shipped. Please refrigerate your butter for 5-10 minutes and it will harden back to its normal state***

This does NOT affect the quality of our products. You can refrigerate your body butters and body scrubs before opening to make sure they are more firm.

 

How long can I use my products after opening? 


Products last up to 12 months when kept at the recommended storage suggestions. Thereafter, products effectiveness may decrease. 

 

How should I use my sugar scrub? 


It is hightly suggested that you exfoliate your skin no more than 2-3 week and possibly less if you have sensitive or reactivate prone skin. 

 

Why is it important to moisturize after using my sugar scrubs 

 

It's best to hydrate and moisturize to prevent over-drying. Also to improve your skin's tone and texture; and to reingorce the skin's healthy barrier. 


Are your products edible? 


Though delightfully smelling and non-toxic, our products are not designed for oral consumption. Also, our products are for external use only and are to be used as directed. Please see package or item descriptions for directions. Furthermore, please conduct a spot test as everyoneā€™s skin is wonderfully and uniquely made.  


I changed my mind, can I cancel?


Although our products are amazing, we understand that people can change their mind. If you have not received an confirmation email or notice that your order has been processed, then You have 24 hours to cancel your order, please email our Customer Service account Info@SunKissedSkinKare.com and we will happily assist you with your cancellation. Thank you for considering our products. 


Can I return my items?


Due to the sanitary aspect of our products, we cannot accept any returns or offer any exchanges. Once your order is processed, your items are shipped and you are issued a tracking number, then your order will be considered as ā€œservices renderedā€ and it will not be eligible for cancellation or a refund.


If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please email our Customer Service account Info@SunKissedSkinKare.com and we will do our best to offer a remedy that honors both parties.

How long will it take me to receive my order?


Items generally take 2-4 business days to process and then shipping process. Our OFFICIAL business days are Monday-Thursday. From there, items may take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you through USPS.Shipping will occur via USPS unless otherwise stated. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your purchase and later, a tracking number in your inbox once your items ship after processing, so please to keep an eye out for your package along the way!

We will also post updates regarding shipping on our website, as well as our active social media pages if there are any unforeseen changes. 

 

Shipping times may be delayed during restocks, new releases, sales and special promotions.

What is your shipping policy?


SunKissed SkinKare values our customers and we put extra care in handling and packaging all orders. We always make sure that your order is packed well and in great condition before we drop it off at the post office. We use durable high-grade plastic to reduce any chance of breaking/cracking during transit. As an extra level of security and protection, all orders are recorded while they are packaged to ensure quality and to minimize errors. 

 

Normal Order Processing Time: 2-4 Business Days (This excludes Holidays and weekend days. Any purchase made after 3:00pm will count as the next day. Thank you for understanding.) Our business days are Monday-Thursday. 


Normal Order Shipping Time: First Class or Priority 1-4 Days (Per USPS timeline)

Currently all of our orders are shipped with USPS.   
(this option allows your items to be insured should they be lost in transit, stolen or damaged)


Where is my tracking number? I placed an order and have not gotten an email confirmation. What do I do?
  
Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

 

Sometimes confirmation emails are prone to end up in your spam folder. Please check there. Then if not found, please email our Customer Service Representative and we can happily resend it to you Info@SunKissedSkinKare.com.  


My order has not been delivered but is marked delivered on USPS, what do I do?


We would recommend waiting 2 days to see if they may have delivered your order. Sometimes if the time gets late, they mark the order as delivered and they will deliver it the following morning. (We don't understand why they do this either!)


Thank you for remembering that we do not work for or at USPS and cannot control how they conduct their business. If not, please file a claim with USPS so they can investigate, we can also help you with this. Why hasnā€™t the status of my tracking number updated since being located at the post office?
  
Currently USPS is backed up, please allow time for them to get your package to you in a timely manner. Also, please be aware that once weā€™ve shipped your package, we have no longer control what happens with the package. If your order is lost or stolen will be able to put in a claim with claim with USPS. Please feel free to email our Customer Service Representative and we can see how we can support you Info@SunKissedSkinKare.com.  


Address Changes

 

It is the customerā€™s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We recommend avoiding PO Box addresses, as they may be subject to shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Info@SunKissedSkinKare.com. Please note that address changes are not guaranteed. If your order has already been shipped, it will be your responsibility to contact the carrier directly to update your address or reroute the package.

 

Invalid Address

 

If we are unable to verify your shipping address, your order maybe subject to cancellation. 

 

Returned Order Packages

 

If your package is returned to SunKissed Skinkare for any reason, you will receive a credit, minus any shipping costs.

SunKissed SkinKare values our supporters and we put extra care in handling and packaging all of our orders. We always make sure that your order is packed well and in great condition before we drop it off at the post office, however after we drop packages off to the post office (and you have received a valid tracking number) we are no longer in control of your package. Thus, we are unable to be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. 

 

Furthermore, we are not responsible nor liable for items delivered to the wrong address if it results from an error on USPS. 

 

Any issues with late or missing packages should be taken up with your shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we are not liable for any packages that are ā€œlateā€ due to carrier issue or error. If there are any issues regarding your package, please email our Customer Service account Info@SunKissedSkinKare.com. 


*DAMAGED GOODS*
If you receive a Damaged item, within 48 hours of you receiving the package please email us with your order number and images of the damaged item. We will do our best to offer a remedy that satisfies both parties. Due to this promise, orders past the 48-hour mark will no longer be eligible for remediation. Each jar is crafted with meticulous care and attention, requiring extra effort to ensure it meets the highest quality standards, setting it apart from our other products. Due to the rising temperatures, it is very important to keep an eye on when your butters will arrive. Whipped Body Butters will melt in the high temperatures, causing them to appear "half full" as liquid and Ā¾ when they solidify. To experience the full glory of our products, do not leave your precious package outside, in the mailbox, or in direct sunlight.
